The Library in the Smokies
An inviting library tucked in a cozy corner of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg. Founded in 1932 by Anna Wheaton Porter, a transplant from Iowa famously quoted requesting books to be sent so the children can have something to read. Previously located just outside the tourism district, come see us located across the street from the beautiful Mt. Leconte behing Rocky Top Sports World,next to the Gatlinburg Community Center.
